80 years of hrt choir: Concert

For the concerts from the  Masters cycle  and the  Kanconijer  cycle, individual tickets can be purchased at a price of  HRK 40 and HRK 60  through the websites  lisinski.hr  and  udnice.hr or at the box office of the Lisinski  hall  . 
In addition to marking its anniversary season, in which it celebrates 80 years of activity, with collaborations with some of the leading international conductors in the field of vocal music in the cycle Sfumato in Lauba, the HRT Choir reminds us with this concert of its rich history and the conducting personalities that shaped it.
 
In 1941, for the needs of the radio program at that time, it was founded as a chamber ensemble by Mladen Pozajić and, in the first years, directed it towards a cappella performances, which are still an important part of the activities of the HRT Choir, which makes it the only such professional ensemble. vocal ensemble in Croatia. Pozajić's 1st Rhapsody composed in 1960 during his stay in Sarajevo fits into this .
 
The long-term leadership and creativity of Igor Kuljerić left an exceptional mark on the Choir; his compositions are a permanent part of the repertoire of the Choir, but also of the HRT Symphony Orchestra. Among them is Kanconijer from 1983, a work that contains a selection of poetry from the 16th and 17th centuries from the area of ​​southern Croatia (Hanibal Lucić, Ivan Bunić Vučić), whose title indicates the interweaving of music, singing and recitation. It was the Choir and Symphony Orchestra of HRT, then RTZ, that premiered the piece (in a revised, second version) in 1983 in Zagreb.
 
Tomislav Fačini has been the chief conductor of the HRT Choir since the 2017/2018 season, and with a new work, Vocalys , which he is preparing for this occasion, he will also make his original contribution to the program. Finally, maestro Vladimir Kranjčević dedicated a large part of his activities to the Choir , not only as chief conductor from 1976 to 1982, but also after that. In the 2016/2017 season. when he celebrated his 80th birthday and said goodbye to active music, the last work in which he led the Choir and the Symphony Orchestra of HRT together was the magnificent Te Deum by Anton Bruckner .

Za koncerte iz Majstorskog ciklusa i ciklusa Kanconijer moguće je nabaviti pojedinačne ulaznice po cijeni od 40 i 60 kuna preko mrežnih stranica lisinski.hr i ulaznice.hr ili na blagajni dvorane Lisinski.  
Osim što svoju obljetničku sezonu, u kojoj slavi 80 godina djelovanja, obilježava suradnjama s nekima od vodećih međunarodnih dirigenata s područja vokalne glazbe u ciklusu Sfumato u Laubi, Zbor HRT-a ovim koncertom podsjeća na svoju bogatu povijest i dirigentske osobnosti koje su ga oblikovale.
 
Godine 1941., za potrebe tadašnjeg radijskog programa, kao komorni ansambl osnovao ga je Mladen Pozajić te ga, u prvim godinama, repertoarno usmjerio prema a cappella izvedbama, koje su i danas važan dio djelovanja Zbora HRT-a što ga svrstava u jedini takav profesionalni vokalni ansambl u Hrvatskoj. U to se uklapa Pozajićeva 1. rapsodija nastala 1960. za njegova boravka u Sarajevu.
 
Dugogodišnje vodstvo i stvaralaštvo Igora Kuljerića ostavili su izniman trag u Zboru; njegove skladbe trajni su dio repertoara Zbora, ali i Simfonijskog orkestra HRT-a. Među njima je Kanconijer iz 1983., djelo koje sadrži izbor iz poezije 16. i 17. stoljeća s područja južne Hrvatske (Hanibal Lucić, Ivan Bunić Vučić), a nazivom ukazuje na preplitanje glazbe, pjevanja i recitiranja. Upravo su Zbor i Simfonijski orkestar HRT-a, tada RTZ-a, praizveli djelo (u revidiranoj, drugoj verziji) 1983. u Zagrebu.
 
Tomislav Fačini je šef dirigent Zbora HRT-a od sezone 2017/2018, te će novim djelom, Vocalys, koje priprema upravo za ovu prigodu, dati i svoj autorski doprinos programu. Naposljetku, velik dio svojega djelovanja Zboru je posvetio maestro Vladimir Kranjčević, ne samo kao šef dirigent od 1976. do 1982., već i nakon toga. U sezoni 2016./2017. kada je obilježavao svoj 80. rođendan i opraštao se od aktivnog muziciranja, posljednje djelo u kojemu je zajedno predvodio i Zbor i Simfonijski orkestar HRT-a bio je veličanstveni Te Deum Antona Brucknera.
