View cast and crewMarcus Elsäßer is a tenor of German-Indian origin. He grew up in Berlin and was a longtime member of the Berlin Boy's Choir. He made his opera debut as the First Boy inMozart's magic flute at the Deutsche Oper, Berlin.He studied voice with Sabine Ritterbusch and Andreas Reibenspies and tookmasterclasses with Harry Kupfer, Kurt Widmer, James Taylor and Klesie Kelly-Moog.Currently he is working with Neil Semer.Last year he appeared as the First Young Officer in B. A. Zimmermann: “Die Soldaten“ atthe Staatstheater Wiesbaden. He also performed Monostatos in the children's version ofMozart's Magic Flute with the Berlin Philharmonic orchestra at the Festspielhaus BadenBaden.
