Hailed for her “rich, unique tone” and “commanding stage presence” Mezzo-Soprano Jessica Costelloe is a graduate of The Juilliard School, NYC. Operatic roles include: At Juilliard, Zita (Puccini; Gianni Schicchi), Oberon (Britten; A Midsummer Night’s Dream) Genevieve (Paul Hindemith; The Long Christmas Dinner) and Mrs. Todd (Menotti; The Old Maid and the Thief). At Chautauqua Opera NYC; Mercedes (Bizet; Carmen), Larina (Tchaikovsky; Eugene Onegin), Mrs. McLean (Carlysle Floyd; Susannah) Pallade (Monteverde; L’incoronazione di Poppea).
