Biografi
GIUSEPPINA PIUNTI Born in San Benedetto del Tronto, Giuseppina Piunti completed her musical studies graduating in piano and singing. After winning several international singing competitions, she made her debut at the Teatro Filarmonico in Verona as Alice in Verdi's Falstaff next to Renato Bruson. First soprano lirico, lirico spinto she sang in La Bohème, Un Ballo in Maschera, Attila, Otello, Lucrezia Borgia as well as in various operetta titles as Scugnizza, Countess Mariza, Paganini, Bat. Favoring the development of her hybrid vocality, she faces a repertoire as soprano falcon and mezzosoprano. So she has been Carmen in Bizet's masterpiece, Charlotte in Massenet's Werther, Elizabeth in Donizetti's Maria Stuarda, Countess of Poggio in Verdi's Giorno di regno, Margared in Lalo's Le roi
