Ella Tyran

Viennese-born soprano Ella Tyran is first price winner of the Nico Dostal Competition, and pricewinner of other prestigious competitions such as the International Singing Competition Ferruccio Tagliavini, Classic Mania etc.. She gained international acknowledgement in Florida (USA) where she performed Musetta in La Boheme. She had great success at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in Munich performing various roles like Madeline in The Fall of the House of Usher by Philip Glass, Adele in Die Fledermaus, Edronica in Der Geduldige Sokrates by Telemann, Elvira in Italiana in Algeri by Rossini, Micaela in Bizet’s Carmen, Nanetta, in Falstaff  by Verdi as well as Demoiselle Cagliari in Wiener Blut. Other guest contracts included the title part of Donizetti’s Rita at the LEO Vienna,  Gilda in Ve
