As Jenny in Rise and Fall of the city of Mahagonny at Festival d ‚Aix-en-Provence as well as Elsa in Lohengrin at Bayreuth Festival, replacing Anna Netrebko, German soprano could celebrate major personal successes in summer 2019. Her engagements for the 2020/21 season include Csardasfürstin at the Zurich Opera, her role debut as Alice in Verdi’s Falstaff at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, a gala concert and the Rosalinde in performances of Fledermaus at Semperoper Dresden and the new production of the Merry Widow the Nederlandse Opera Amsterdam.
