Concert augmenté 3.0 par TM+ - Maurice Ravel, Jonathan Harvey

Ce spectacle propose une expérience artistique singulière. Le public est invité à entendre trois fois les Trois poèmes de Stéphane Mallarmé (1913) de Maurice Ravel et Song offerings (1985) de Jonathan Harvey.
Chaque fois, ce couplage (les deux œuvres enchaînées font une vingtaine de minutes) sera présenté à travers le regard d'une artiste différente. Ainsi les univers poétiques des œuvres musicales seront mis successivement en résonance avec le regard et l'appropriation sensible d'abord de la metteuse en scène Lisa Guez, puis de l’artiste-vidéaste Clio Simon et enfin de la danseuse chorégraphe Madeleine Fournier. Qu’entendent faire jaillir de ces musiques inépuisables trois artistes d’aujourd’hui ? Et l’auditeur avec elles, dans cette intimité des œuvres par récurrence, qu’entendra-t-il qu’il n’avait pas encore entendu ?
En invitant trois artistes de l’image, de l’espace et du corps à rejoindre les musiciens pour un voyage circulaire, TM+ invente une nouvelle forme de spectacle musical augmenté.

Augmented concert 3.0 by TM+ - Maurice Ravel, Jonathan Harvey

This show offers a unique artistic experience. The public is invited to hear three times the Three Poems of Stéphane Mallarmé (1913) by Maurice Ravel and Song offerings (1985) by Jonathan Harvey.
Each time, this pairing (the two linked works last about twenty minutes) will be presented through the eyes of a different artist. Thus the poetic universes of the musical works will successively resonate with the gaze and sensitive appropriation first of the director Lisa Guez, then of the artist-videographer Clio Simon, and finally of the dancer-choreographer Madeleine Fournier. What do three contemporary artists intend to bring out of this inexhaustible music? And the listener with them, in this intimacy of works by recurrence, what will he hear that he had not yet heard?
By inviting three artists of image, space, and body to join the musicians for a circular journey, TM+ invents a new form of augmented musical performance.
