Filled with exquisite music by masters of their craft, just like in the days of the prince brothers Friedrich and Heinrich, Rheinsberg Castle invites you to take a trip to the idyll on Lake Grienerick

Rheinsberg Castle was the residence of Prince Heinrich for 50 years. Brother Friedrich knew how to keep his initiative-rich political ambitions within limits by virtue of royal authority. However, she could not prevent Heinrich from traveling to the city of her dreams at the invitation of the French king in 1784, and she must have envied him very much for that. From the repertoire of the Parisian »Concerts Spirituels«, Alexis Kossenko and the Theresia Orchestra create a concert evening that evokes the international flair of the music metropolis. The orchestra brings together young musicians from the most important European schools for early music, and the choir includes selected academics from the Rheinsberg Music Academy. Lo and behold: Europe harmonises!

Von Meistern ihres Fachs mit exquisiter Musik erfüllt wie zu Zeiten der Prinzen-Brüder Friedrich und Heinrich lädt Schloss Rheinsberg ein zum Ausflug ins Idyll am Grienericksee

50 Jahre lang war Schloss Rheinsberg die Residenz des Prinzen Heinrich. Dessen initiativreichen politischen Ehrgeiz wusste Bruder Friedrich kraft königlicher Autorität in Grenzen zu halten. Konnte aber nicht verhindern, dass Heinrich 1784 auf Einladung des französischen Königs in die Stadt ihrer Träume reiste, und hat ihn darum sicher sehr beneidet. Aus dem Repertoire der Pariser »Concerts Spirituels« gestalten Alexis Kossenko und das Theresia Orchestra einen Konzertabend, der das internationale Flair der Musikmetropole beschwört. Junges Musikervolk aus den wichtigsten europäischen Schulen für Alte Musik vereint das Orchester, im Chor sind ausgewählte Akademist:nnen der Musikakademie Rheinsberg dabei. Und siehe da: Europa harmoniert!
