【2024衛武營國際音樂節】當經典浪漫主義遇上震撼節奏聲響！《幻想說鼓》融合說唱與交響，顛覆你對音樂的想像！

2024衛武營國際音樂節開幕音樂會將由法國指揮大師羅菲指揮國立臺灣交響樂團，臺灣首演匈牙利作曲巨擘于特福許2012年創作《說鼓》，這一首喚醒人類節奏靈魂的作品，將聽到波蘭新生代音樂家貝德納絲卡擔任「說鼓人」，運用豐富的打擊樂對比，例如石頭敲擊與管鐘對話，融合說唱藝術，與樂團共同交織出節奏與聲響的聽覺盛宴。
本場也將演出匈牙利現代音樂領袖巴爾托克，為慶祝布達和佩斯兩市合併 50 週年所寫的《舞蹈組曲》，一首充滿多元異國色彩的作品，引用羅馬尼牙、匈牙利、阿拉伯等多國民謠音樂元素，充分展現作曲家對民謠音樂的喜愛與研究。另外，法國作曲家白遼士一生中最著名的作品《幻想交響曲》為經典的浪漫主義代表作品，大膽又迷幻的描述一位藝術家無法自拔的墜入情網，卻因沒有回應而深陷絕望，欲服用鴉片自殺，而經歷戲劇性的幻象。

The 2024 Weiwuying International Music Festival will open with renowned French conductor Pascal ROPHÉ leading the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra in the Taiwan premiere of Hungarian composer Péter EÖTVÖS's 2012 composition Speaking Drums. This remarkable piece delves into rhythmic expression and will be performed by Polish percussionist Marianna BEDNARSKA, promising a captivating fusion of percussive elements intertwined with Sprechgesang for an unforgettable auditory experience

BARTÓK's Dance Suite is a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the union of Buda and Pest. This composition incorporates diverse and exotic elements from folk music, citing Romanian, Hungarian, Arabic, and other elements, showcasing the composer's love for and research in this genre. Symphonie Fantastique, the masterpiece of French composer BERLIOZ's life, epitomizes Romanticism and vividly depicts an artist's unreciprocated love, leading him to desperation and surreal visions as he turns to opium.
