The knight with the swan is a character of several songs of gestures and medieval sagas. At the beginning of the 13th century, the German poet Wolfram von Eschenbach linked it to the Arthurian legends of the guardians of the Holy Grail in his epic Parzifal , the mystical horizon of which profoundly influenced Richard Wagner (1813-1883) in his maturity. After thirty years of absence, Lohengrin finally returns to the OnR poster in a production by Florent Siaud which marks the debut of Michael Spyres in the title role. Aziz Shokhakimov directs this monument of romanticism with its bewitching and mysterious beauty.

Le chevalier au cygne est un personnage de plusieurs chansons de gestes et sagas médiévales. Au début du XIIIe siècle, le poète allemand Wolfram von Eschenbach le rattache aux légendes arthuriennes des gardiens du Saint Graal dans son épopée Parzifal dont l’horizon mystique influence profondément Richard Wagner (1813-1883) dans sa maturité. Après trente ans d’absence, Lohengrin revient enfin à l’affiche de l’OnR dans une mise en scène de Florent Siaud qui marque les débuts de Michael Spyres dans le rôle-titre. Aziz Shokhakimov dirige ce monument du romantisme à la beauté envoûtante et mystérieuse.
