The action of the play takes place in Paris, a city of endless celebrations, violent passions and loud scandals.
She had not only dazzling beauty, taste, special magnetism, but also purity, which is not surprising given her lifestyle, which she did not make a secret of. She was clearly above her shameful profession. Passionate, she easily succumbed to temptation, but at the same time she did not lose her pride and kept her dignity even in her fall.
She is Violetta Valerie, La Traviata.
