In the 4th chamber concert of the Essen Philharmonic there are changes due to a case of illness.

Instead of the originally planned formation, Olivier Girardin (flute) and Vanda Albota (piano) are now performing the matinee entitled "Flute pur". New on the program are the Sonata for Flute and Piano, Op. 94 by Sergei Prokofiev and Carl Reinecke's beautiful "Undine" Sonata alongside works by Gabriel Fauré, Henri Dutilleux, Philippe Gaubert and Alfredo Casella.

The Essen Philharmonic ask for your understanding for the change that has become necessary and thank Olivier Girardin and Vanda Albota for their willingness to organize the chamber concert at short notice.

Im 4. Kammerkonzert der Essener Philharmoniker kommt es aufgrund eines Krankheitsfalles zu Änderungen.

Anstelle der ursprünglich vorgesehenen Formation gestalten nun Olivier Girardin (Flöte) und Vanda Albota (Klavier) die Matinee unter dem Titel "Flöte pur". Neu auf dem Programm stehen die Sonate für Flöte und Klavier, op. 94 von Sergej Prokofjew und Carl Reineckes wunderschöne "Undine"-Sonate neben Werken von Gabriel Fauré, Henri Dutilleux, Philippe Gaubert und Alfredo Casella.

Die Essener Philharmoniker bitten um Verständnis für die notwendig gewordene Änderung und danken Olivier Girardin und Vanda Albota für ihre kurzfristige Bereitschaft, das Kammerkonzert zu gestalten.
