At Bergenhus Fortress on 14 August at 9.30 pm, it is ready for the premiere of G. Verdi's popular opera AÏDA. This time, the venue has been moved to another part of the fortress area, and we look forward in anticipation and excitement to giving the audience a new opera experience during AÏDA: 14, 16, 18 and 20 August at 9.30 pm.
Aïda, an Ethiopian princess in Egyptian slavery, is torn between loyalty to her father, the Ethiopian king and her love for Radames, who is the leader of the Egyptian army - a situation that becomes fateful and complicated by the jealousy of Pharaoh's daughter Amneris and the Egyptian priests power and cunning.

A situation that does not have the opportunity to have a happy ending.

På Bergenhus Festning 14. August kl.21.30 er det klart for premiere på G.Verdis populære opera AÏDA.
