Christopher Maltman

Following his degree in Biochemistry from the University of Warwick, English baritone Christopher Maltman studied singing at the Royal Academy of Music. A globally-renowned Don Giovanni, he has sung the role in London, Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Salzburg, Amsterdam, Toulouse, Beijing, Chicago, San Sebastian, Edinburgh, and New York. Now, increasingly in demand for Verdi roles, he has sung Posa Don Carlo, Simon Boccanegra Falstaff, Conte di Luna Il Trovatore, Guy de Montfort Les Vêpres Siciliennes and more recently, Don Carlo di Vargas La Forza del Destino and Rigoletto to wide critical acclaim.
